I found your comic and was really enjoying it... and then I saw that you're from Central Wa! I'm from Ellensburg (and I've been to the mammoth sites tons XD). Anyways, I'm totally in love with your comic. It's so creative and lively, and the characters are so unbelievably ...believable? Thanks so much for sharing.

I'm from Ellensburg. Well, truthfully, Roslyn, but most people don't know where that is =). I was so excited when I saw where you were from! ...and yeah, the mammoth digs are pretty freaking awesome.

But surely everyone knows Roslyn, I mean come on, Northern Exposure? Maybe only people from the area know (or care?) about that? I understand they have a yearly Northern Exposure festival there now. :) I don't find that a lot of people know where Ellensburg is, either, honestly. :)

Hey, got linked here through SamandFuzzy(I saw him mention something about a Micheal being able to draw dinosaurs and I couldn't resist the shiny blue underlined link)

Well I slacked off and read every comic today and I love it. I've always been a huge fan of dinosaurs and Dawn reminds me of Alya from Chrono Trigger (really old SNES rpg, great game) I think, if done right, a textless expression can be funnier than a witty comment. Keep up the good work

Finished reading the archives just in time for chapter 9 to end :) Got linked here from Sam&Fuzzy too, although I've read a review of your comic before on The Webcomic Overlook. It's been sitting in my bookmarks for quite a while before I got to it (I always read through the archive when I start reading a webcomic). It's getting more and more interesting as the story goes on with hints of something bigger going behind the scenes :) Also the style is really cute yet detailed, I really like it!

I knew this was going to be a marvellous webcomic as soon as I saw the first panel of the first strip. I was instantly transported back to my childhood hours spent gazing in wonder at gorgeously-illustrated prehistoric landscapes that seemed so real I could imagine myself right there (and Dunkleosteus never gets old - pardon the pun). Your three main characters are so endearing - an obstinately likeable and likeably obstinate trio of outsiders whose adventures are one of the highlights of the internet. Thank you, and Bravo!

Good Lord - I just looked up the etymology of "bravo" and found it's a fusion of Latin pravus and ... wait for it ... barbarus. How serendipitous! (hmmm...etymology...)

Senor! Currently the comic updates alternate between Monday and Friday, and then Wednesday. So one week you get two updates, the next you get one, with a maximum of 5 days between updates. It used to be three times a week (nice and normal) and then I dropped to just one, and now I'm working my way back up. Hop on the RSS feed if you want to be kept informed!

I live in Washington, so yes, I have been to Emerald City a time or two but only as a guest.

Buttons were on my to-do list once but I never really got organized with it.

What are you doing over on the Webcomic List?

I sort of lurk around webcomic places like TWCL etc and spend ages messing around with Project Wonderful and AdWords as a means of procrastination. I might have readings to do for class, but if I can skip those and promote mai waifu's webcomic (http://www.bittersweetcandybowl.com) instead, then I'm hardly wasting my time, am I?

I'm actually more fascinated by the personalities and conflicts and business aspects of the webcomics scene than anything else. I still don't read any. But I'm glad to see you've got a comic running over here that seems well made with a cute concept behind it. (I skimmed it!) I admit I didn't notice it until recently, even though you've been going for 2+ years. I do wonder if there's some kind of magic formula ex-GHZers can draw on to manipulate our comics into Sam and Fuzzys...

And.. I don't know about the GHZ forums! Are they still interesting? It seems like they were filled with boring people and ex-sprite-comickers trying hard to fit in and be bigshot-jaded-lapsed-fanboys-and-girls like all the real GHZers. The most interaction I have with GHZ people these days is occasional nagging from Segaholic about something and semi-frequent conversations with Popcorn in IRC. I wouldn't mind more, but seriously, are video games worth talking about these days.

This comic is excellent! I was linked by Dinosaur Comics on Friday and read through the whole Dawn of Time archive over the weekend.

I love the art, and style, and especially Blue. His(/her?) facial expressions are delightful.

I like your use of solid black, and as a geologist (although not a dinosaur expert) I get a real kick out of the animals. Would you consider introducing more prehistoric plants or invertebrates? A pet trilobite would be fun to draw and have endless possibilities for doing goofy stuff. You'd have to gloss over the fact that they're aquatic, but once you're mixing humans and dinosaurs, why quibble about details?
